Highlights reflecting the traditional Tet (Lunar New Year) atmosphere of the Northern Delta region include: the "Vietnamese Village Tet 2025" program at Mong Phu communal house - Ancient Village tourist destination in Duong Lam (Son Tay town); celebrating Tet at the Vietnam Ethnic Groups Cultural and Tourism Village (Dong Mo, Son Tay town) with the theme "Spring Comes to the Village"; the "Spring Colors of the Year of the Snake 2025" program at the Ho Guom Cultural Information Center; the "Vietnamese Tet - City Tet 2025" program with a series of diverse activities rich in traditional cultural identity in Hanoi's Old Quarter; displaying traditional Tet spaces and introducing and reenacting the "Farewell to the Old Year, Welcome to the New Year" ceremony at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Site…
With the spirit of preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, and making culture a resource and driving force for economic development, especially tourism, the city is organizing a series of activities and events that will take place before Tet (Lunar New Year).
To celebrate the New Year and honor traditional cultural values, the Hanoi Department of Tourism, in coordination with the Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee, is organizing the "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2025" program at the Hai Ba Trung Temple, Pagoda, and Communal House complex.
