Hanoi Department of Tourism and Tay Ho District People's Committee have just informed about the Hanoi Tourism Program to Welcome 2024 - Geton Hanoi 2024 and announced the Decision to recognize Nhat Tan tourist area, Tay Ho District with the theme "Geton Hanoi 2024 - The Fragrance of Tay Ho". This is a program in the series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
Through the organization of the program, the capital's tourism industry hopes to have an opportunity to continue to communicate and promote the image of Hanoi as a "Safe - Friendly - Quality - Attractive" destination to attract more and more tourists to Hanoi in general and Tay Ho in particular, contributing positively to the development of the capital's tourism and contributing positively to the socio-economic development of Tay Ho district.
The program takes place from March 9, 2024 to March 10, 2024 (Saturday - Sunday). At Tay Ho Cultural and Creative Space (Trinh Cong Son walking street), Tay Ho district, Hanoi.

The event opens for over 50 series of cultural, festival and tourism activities in 2024 in Hanoi such as: Hanoi Tourism Festival 2024; Hanoi Tourism Gift Festival 2024; Hanoi Autumn Festival; Craft Village Cuisine and Tourism Festival; Hanoi Ao Dai Festival 2024... contributing to promoting the image of the capital Hanoi to domestic and international friends, promoting tourism towards the goal of welcoming 27 million tourists to Hanoi in 2024, including 5.5 million international visitors; total revenue from tourists reaching 103.74 trillion VND, an increase of 11.1% compared to 2023. The program is held at Trinh Cong Son walking street, Tay Ho district - one of the "cultural and tourism centers" of the capital where many traditional craft villages are hidden, converging historical sediments.
Geton Hanoi 2024 - theme "Colors and Fragrances of West Lake" will bring visitors completely new experiences, a combination of modern and epic through a semi-realistic art program and a laser mapping light show.
In particular, the light show with hundreds of drones taking off in the night sky of West Lake will bring an extremely interesting and emotional experience to the audience. This is a unique work of art, taking visitors to explore the outstanding tourist destinations of Hanoi Tourism 2024, starting with the destinations of West Lake full of Color and Fragrance.
