Prohibit vehicles from circulating on Nguyen Dinh Thi Street from the intersection of lane 128 Thuy Khue - Nguyen Dinh Thi to the intersection of Nguyen Dinh Thi - Van Cao - Trich Sai.

Motorbikes are prohibited from circulating on Nguyen Dinh Thi Street from the intersection of lane 152 Thuy Khue - Nguyen Dinh Thi to the intersection of Nguyen Dinh Thi - Van Cao - Trich Sai.

On Trich Sai Street: Cars are prohibited from circulating on Trich Sai Street from the intersection of lane 45 Vong Thi - Trich Sai to the intersection of Trich Sai - Van Cao.
Adjustment for cars in the direction of Trich Sai → lane 45 Vong Thi → Vong Thi → Lac Long Quan.
Motorbikes are prohibited from circulating on Trich Sai Street from Cong Do to the intersection of Trich Sai - Van Cao.

Light Festival – Brilliant Thang Long.
On New Year's Eve 2024, Hanoi will have a unique light show with the participation of 2,024 drones.
This is the first time Hanoi has set a Southeast Asian record for an artistic light show using drones combined with music, with the participation of 2024 drones. The planned location for the light show is the West Lake area, with additional research being done on the My Dinh Stadium area.
From 0:00 to 0:15 on February 10, the New Year's Eve of the Year of the Dragon, all 30 districts, towns and cities of Hanoi will set off fireworks.
The Hoan Kiem Lake area continues to have two high-altitude and low-altitude shooting points in front of the Hanoi Moi newspaper headquarters and in front of the Hanoi Post Office. The two new high-altitude shooting points are the Tam Hiep, Thanh Tri, and Dong Anh District Sports Center project land.
