High Roller Las Vegas, USA is the latest addition to the list of exciting activities in the vibrant city in southern Nevada. Nearly 3 meters taller than the Singapore Flyer in the "lion island", this giant wheel currently holds the record for height (167.6 meters) along with 28 cabins, each cabin can accommodate 40 passengers.
This means that 1,120 people can simultaneously enjoy the view of Las Vegas below. Its “brother” The London Eye in the British capital is about 30 meters lower than the High Roller and seems to be giving up its popularity to the High Roller.

Caesars Entertainment Corporation, the company that operates the wheel, estimates that it will attract 4 million visitors in its first year. The High Roller, which opened in late March, has quickly become a crowd-pleaser. Las Vegas at night is already a sight to behold, but it's even more impressive now that 2,000 LED lights are lit up, making the wheel stand out against the skyline.
The High Roller can be illuminated in a single color or change color over time. They also plan to change the color depending on holidays and events.

The double rollers of the wheel ring have a diameter of more than 2 m each, the largest ever. 28 cabins have a fixed outer shell, inside which is a spherical glass cage with the ability to rotate around its axis. 3,650 tons of steel and 112 cables (each nearly 70 m) were used to create the High Roller.
The average journey takes 30 minutes and you get a 360-degree view of Las Vegas below. You would think that 40 people in a cabin would be a bit cramped, but the 20.9 square meters of space inside allows everyone to comfortably enjoy the scenery and capture memorable moments.
A single ride on the High Roller costs $24.95 during the day and $34.95 at night. Alternatively, a one- or three-day pass (starting at $44.95 and $54.95 respectively) allows you to ride the High Roller at any time (once).
