Enjoy the taste of Tet at The Reverie Saigon

Celebrate Tet with luxurious parties at The Reverie Saigon with traditional Chinese flavors, or experience unique Vietnamese-French cuisine created by chef Luke Nguyen.

Long Trieu Restaurant at The Reverie Saigon - the most luxurious Cantonese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, will introduce to diners two sumptuous banquet menus from January 15 to February 8, for 4-8 people, along with other rich a la carte menus.

The 8-course set menu for 8 people is priced at VND16,898,000++/table, with premium dishes such as bird's nest mixed with abalone slices, Hong Kong-style steamed grouper fillet and crispy roast chicken.

The 6-course menu for 4 guests is priced at VND9,888,000++/table, including signature flavors such as braised abalone with pumpkin and dried scallops, steamed grouper fillet with unicorn style and crab fried rice.

In the à la carte menu, Long Trieu restaurant introduces a special appetizer: mixed abalone with brocade (VND 1,380,000++), a harmonious and delicate combination of both color and flavor (including abalone, shredded duck, carrots, shredded radish, mango, grapefruit, shredded taro, white sesame, peanuts, Japanese ginger, fried ginger, shredded lemon and cucumber). This is an indispensable dish during Tet with the meaning of luck and goodness. In addition, there are many other delicious dishes such as bird's nest stewed with rock sugar, braised pig's trotters with wild hair, and fried sesame-coated chestnuts.

To celebrate the arrival of Tet, Café Cardinal is also launching a 5-course dinner menu combining Vietnamese and French cuisine, created by Chef Luke Nguyen. Diners can experience a contemporary twist on classic French dishes with Vietnamese herbs and spices, starting from January 13, priced at VND1,888,000++/person or VND2,688,000++/person with wine.

On January 24, from 7pm until late, Café Cardinal will serve a New Year's Eve buffet perfectly combined with a premium 3-course menu prepared by the chef, served with unlimited Prosecco sparkling wine, priced at only VND 1,688,000++/person.

In addition, The Long @ Times Square restaurant will be open for extended hours during the Tet holiday (from January 23 to 28). Diners can enjoy attractive drinks and traditional Napoli pizza from 8am to 10pm daily.
