Long Triều Restaurant at The Reverie Saigon – the most luxurious Cantonese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City – will be presenting two lavish banquet menus for 4-8 people from January 15th to February 8th, along with a diverse à la carte menu.
An 8-course menu for 8 people is priced at VND 16,898,000++/table, featuring premium dishes such as bird's nest and abalone salad, Hong Kong-style steamed grouper fillet, and crispy-skinned roast chicken.

The 6-course menu for 4 guests is priced at VND 9,888,000++/table, featuring signature dishes such as braised abalone with fish maw and dried scallops, steamed grouper fillet in the Unicorn style, and crab meat fried rice.

In its à la carte menu, Long Triều restaurant presents a special appetizer: abalone salad (1,380,000 VND++), a harmonious and refined combination of colors and flavors (including abalone, shredded duck, carrots, shredded radish, mango, pomelo, shredded taro, white sesame seeds, peanuts, Japanese ginger, fried shredded ginger, shredded lemon, and cucumber). This dish is indispensable during Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) with its auspicious meaning. In addition, there are many other exquisite dishes such as bird's nest soup with rock sugar, braised pork trotters with fairy hair, and fried chestnut cakes coated with sesame seeds.
To celebrate the Lunar New Year, Café Cardinal is also launching a five-course dinner menu featuring a sophisticated fusion of Vietnamese and French cuisine, created by Chef Luke Nguyen. Guests can experience a contemporary twist on classic French dishes, infused with Vietnamese herbs and spices, starting January 13th, priced at VND 1,888,000++/person or VND 2,688,000++/person including wine.

On January 24th, from 7 PM until late, Café Cardinal will be serving a New Year's Eve buffet featuring a perfect combination of a three-course gourmet menu prepared hot by our chefs, served with unlimited Prosecco sparkling wine, for only VND 1,688,000++/person.

Additionally, The Long @ Times Square restaurant will extend its opening hours during the Lunar New Year holiday (January 23rd to 28th). Diners can enjoy a variety of refreshing drinks and traditional Neapolitan pizza from 8 AM to 10 PM daily.
