Mandarin Oriental Resort is built on a land area of 29 hectares, approximately 50% of Indochina Kajima's total project development land area, adjacent to the traditional fishing village of Hoa An. Upon completion, the resort will offer 72 spacious villas and hotel rooms, including 25 private and exclusive resort villas branded as Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bai Nom. The villas and hotel rooms, located directly on the beach or scattered on the hillsides, will have their own swimming pools and landscaped gardens.

Indochina Kajima has appointed a world-class, award-winning consulting team to design the Mandarin Oriental, Bai Nom project and will partner with leading project management and construction companies to develop the resort. Construction of the main components of the resort is expected to begin in the second half of 2023 and be completed by the end of 2025. The resort is scheduled to be operational in the first half of 2026.
