Mr. Thi Quoc Duy, director of BenThanh Tourist Retail Travel Center, said that this week, the company has two groups of tourists departing for Europe.
This year, the number of customers who want to travel to Europe in the fall has doubled compared to last year. Customers are more picky and detailed, so to keep the growing number of customers, the company has to prepare services such as hotels and restaurants early, in which, airfares must be booked in series at the beginning of the year.
"The trend of customers choosing autumn to travel has been quite clear in recent years. The company hopes that efforts to diversify products to capture market trends will create opportunities for the company to expand the European tourism market, and serve more than 1,000 visitors to Northern Europe in the near future," said Mr. Duy about the autumn tour.

At Saigontourist Travel, Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Tra, marketing and communications director, also said that Vietnamese tourists booked tour packages quite early, including tour products priced from 60 to hundreds of millions, and customers were still willing to pay as long as they met the criteria of being new and unique.
"The number of customers is not exploding. In return, customers who have already set off demand experiences and high quality services," Ms. Tra analyzed.
In addition to familiar markets such as Japan, Korea... this year, Vietnamese tourists also have more options from the Chinese market. According to Ms. Nguyen Nguyet Van Khanh, Marketing Director of Vietravel, in the fall of 2023 alone, the company recorded nearly 4,100 visitors registering to buy tours to China, a sharp increase compared to the same period last year.
With tours to China, the most special are still the two trips to Zhangjiajie and Kunming, passing through many unique locations and at reasonable costs, suitable for the needs of many customers.
"If the best time to see the yellow leaves in the land of kimchi can start early, from the beginning of October, then in China it is around mid-October to early November," Ms. Van Khanh added.
