Mr. Thi Quoc Duy, director of BenThanh Tourist's Individual Travel Center, said that this week, the company has two groups of tourists departing for Europe.
This year, the number of customers interested in traveling to Europe in the autumn has doubled compared to last year. Customers are more discerning and detail-oriented, so to maintain this growth, the company has to prepare services such as hotels and restaurants well in advance, including booking airline tickets in series at the beginning of the year.
"The trend of tourists choosing autumn for travel has been quite evident in recent years. The company expects that efforts to diversify products and capitalize on market trends will create opportunities for the company to develop and expand its European tourism market, while serving more than 1,000 tourists visiting Northern Europe in the near future," Mr. Duy said about the autumn tour.

At Saigontourist Travel, Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Tra, Director of Marketing and Communications, also stated that Vietnamese tourists booked autumn tour packages quite early, including tours priced from 60 to 100 million VND, which still had customers willing to pay for as long as they met the criteria of being new and unique.
"The number of tourists hasn't surged. However, those who have traveled demand a high-quality experience and service," Ms. Tra analyzed.
Besides familiar markets like Japan and South Korea, this year Vietnamese tourists also have more options from the Chinese market. According to Ms. Nguyen Nguyet Van Khanh, Director of Marketing at Vietravel, in the autumn of 2023 alone, the company recorded nearly 4,100 customers registering to buy tours to China, a significant increase compared to the same period last year.
For tours to China, the most outstanding options are still the two itineraries to Zhangjiajie and Kunming, which pass through many unique locations and are reasonably priced, suitable for the needs of many types of customers.
"While the best time to see autumn foliage in South Korea can start as early as the beginning of October, in China it's from mid-October to early November," Ms. Van Khanh added.
