Vivid Sydney is an annual festival of light, music, and ideas held in Sydney. The festival includes outdoor lighting projects and installations, performances by local and international musicians, and a forum for exchanging ideas with public talks and debates by leading creative thinkers. The event takes place over three weeks in May and June.

The festival was first held in 2009 and was directed by renowned architects and designers Mary-Anne Kyriakou, Brian Eno, and Bruce Ramus. The highlight of Vivid Sydney is its light sculptures, interactive multimedia installations, and construction projects that transform various buildings and landmarks such as the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and Sydney's central business district into a giant outdoor art display at night.
