MGallery Collection's World Cocktail Month 2026 campaign is inspired by the evolution of cocktail culture, celebrating the iconic periods that have shaped the art of mixology for over two centuries. Each cocktail creation is paired with a carefully selected food pairing, designed to highlight, complement, or elevate its unique flavor profile.

From May 13th to August 31st, 2026, as part of MGallery Collection's global cocktail art celebration campaign, Hotel de la Coupole Sapa brings the brand's renowned mixology closer to guests through a cocktail and light meal experience inspired by local cuisine.

At Hotel de la Coupole Sapa – MGallery Collection, the experience unfolds through a selection of exquisite pairings, where cocktails and cuisine blend in a deliberate balance: Bright tuna sandwiches paired with the delicate herbal notes of The Botanist's Waltz; a robust Prohibition Martini combined with the rich depth of Beef Tartare; and a vibrant Midnight Fizz Society balanced by fries served with sour cream.

The vibrant Sunset Botanica is softened by a smooth avocado tart; the tropical inspiration of Tropic Mirage is elevated by sweet peanut butter nougat; Cult of Verde finds a delightful counterpoint with warm, crispy fried cornbread; and the journey concludes with Archive of Tomorrow paired with crispy fried squid, leaving a complete, harmonious, and satisfying aftertaste.

Each pairing creates a fascinating dialogue between the cocktail and the accompanying food.
