Binh Thuan is the southernmost province of the Central Coast region, home to the famous Mui Ne, known as the resort capital of the country, which gained prominence in 1995 when a total solar eclipse occurred there. Binh Thuan has a 192 km long coastline stretching from Da Chet Cape bordering Ca Na in Ninh Thuan province to Binh Chau alluvial plain in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
Binh Thuan province offers a wide variety of attractions to choose from. If you're in Mui Ne, besides swimming and surfing, you shouldn't miss the opportunity to conquer the red sand dunes and go sandboarding. About 25 km north of Mui Ne is the Bau Trang area. Heading south, you can immerse yourself in the vast ocean at NovaWorld Phan Thiet, or visit Ta Kou Mountain famous for its 49-meter-long reclining Buddha statue, or explore the abundant dragon fruit orchards in the area. From there, another 10 km will take you to the stunning Ke Ga Cape.
