During their participation in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, the Vietnamese national football team will reside and train in Dubai, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Located in the south of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula, Dubai is the economic hub of the UAE and is known as one of the world's wealthiest and most luxurious cities. During their time competing and training there, the Vietnamese players will have the opportunity to enjoy...best services.
However, one drawback is the harsh climate in this city. Dubai is located right in the Arabian Desert, so it has a very dry and hot desert climate. Summers in Dubai are extremely hot, windy, and dry, with average daytime temperatures around 41°C and nighttime temperatures dropping to around 30°C.

In Dubai, temperatures have been consistently high in recent days, around 49°C. The temperature recorded on June 8th was 46°C. This level of heat is considered extreme and could be harmful to human health. Residents are advised to carry umbrellas when outdoors and avoid direct sunlight. Many people living in the UAE say this is the hottest summer they have ever experienced and they are urged to stay indoors and avoid working.
Fortunately, Dubai has air conditioning installed everywhere, so life for the residents and the national teams participating in the World Cup is less difficult and harsh. However, due to unfamiliarity with the climate and frequent training under the sun, fans are very worried that the Vietnamese team may encounter health problems during the competition.

For now, we can see that our young players are performing very well in the last two matches away from home. The Vietnamese national team will continue to play two more matches in the UAE on June 11th (against Malaysia) and June 16th (against UAE) as part of the 2020 World Cup qualifiers before returning home.
