Besides the ingredients, the circular arrangement of the dish also symbolizes increasing prosperity and money flowing in from all directions. This salad must be mixed together before eating, signifying a shared wish for good luck, prosperity, and health. Singaporeans believe that after mixing everything together, everyone tosses the salad high seven times while shouting "Prosperity! The Prosperity Fish Salad will be introduced at Fortuna Hotel from January 6th to February 8th, 2020, with three options: Happiness (2-3 people, price 480,000 VND++), Prosperity (4-6 people, price 680,000 VND++), and Auspiciousness (8-10 people, price 880,000 VND++).
