Joining Banyan Tree has been an exciting opportunity for me. As a brand highly regarded in the industry for its unique and innovative experiential values, commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility, what is most important is the way they train their people, their commitment, and their career development orientation for employees. We have provided local job opportunities and built professional training programs for our employees. We create community-oriented activities, which will be implemented throughout the year,” Clay shared.
