Măng Đen là một điểm du lịch nổi tiếng nằm cách trung tâm TP Kon Tum (tỉnh Kon Tum) 50 km về hướng Đông Bắc

Mang Den is a famous tourist destination located 50 km northeast of Kon Tum city center (Kon Tum province).

Mang Den is a town in Kon Plong district, Kon Tum province, located on the plateau of the Truong Son range with an altitude of 1,200 m above sea level and has a rich system of primary forest vegetation. Therefore, the climate in Mang Den is quite mild, cool, the nature is fresh with temperatures ranging from 16 to 22 degrees Celsius. This place is also known as the second Da Lat.

Do Do said that some familiar destinations that tourists will often visit are: Dak Ke Lake, Khanh Lam Pagoda, Mang Den Mother Goddess, Kon Pring Community Cultural Tourism Village, Pa Sy Waterfall, Dam Bri Lake, Reed Grass Hill, Mang Den Grass Hill, 37 Household Area, Suspension Bridge, Kon Tu Rang terraced fields and farms.

To have a smooth trip to Mang Den and have many interesting experiences, Do Do also gives some notes to tourists.

First, you should bring warm clothes and sportswear to participate in outdoor activities, avoid wearing green, blue and black clothes to stand out more in photos. Next, bring insect repellent if you plan to go into the forest. In Mang Den, there are many places that are not on the map, so find a "local" if you want to know about unique destinations.

In addition, Mang Den does not have as many amenities and entertainment as big cities, so visitors should prepare enough cash because there are very few ATMs in this area. Shops in Mang Den also close quite early (8-9pm).

Tourist attractions are mostly waterfalls, lakes or pine forests, so the path will be very slippery. You should wear light shoes with good grip to avoid foot pain or slipping while moving.

“As a tourism worker, I hope that when tourists come to Mang Den, they will always have the spirit of loving nature and protecting the environment to preserve the beauty of this land. This will be a paradise for those who love to explore, love natural beauty, love peace and also a place to relax and heal,” Do Do said.
