Minh Ánh (32 years old), with a passion for travel, has traveled extensively both domestically and internationally and is always interested in the homestay business model. According to her, this model is not only a cozy and welcoming accommodation for guests but also reflects the unique personality of the homeowner. That's why Nắng House was created, allowing homeowners to live out their passion and interests.
“After a long trip to Europe in 2016, the architecture and colors of the charming houses on Bruno Island, Venice, Italy, inspired me to create Nắng House. Although the house couldn't fully realize its original design due to many factors such as the local landscape and weather… for me, Nắng House is the most meaningful and perfect gift for the present moment,” Minh Ánh told Travellive.

Da Nang is not Minh Anh's hometown, but it is where she spent 10 years studying and working. Significantly, it's also where she met her current husband – the person who conceived, built, perfected, and maintained Nắng House to this day.
Nắng House is located in an alley right in the heart of Son Tra district, conveniently situated within a few minutes' walk of famous Da Nang attractions such as the Dragon Bridge, Love Bridge, Han River, and My Khe Beach… Despite being in the city center, the space here is incredibly quiet, providing a comfortable feeling for guests after a day of exploring Da Nang.

Nắng House has an area of 80 m².2It comprises 4 floors. Within these, there are a total of 6 bedrooms, a shared living room, and a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the Dragon Bridge. Nắng House has two main room types: couple rooms (4 rooms) and family rooms (2 rooms).

What's most special about Nắng House is the use of over 20 colors throughout the house, yet it doesn't feel cluttered; instead, it creates an attractive atmosphere for every guest. The unique blend of Western and vintage architectural styles makes this place even more special.
In addition to accommodation, Nắng House also offers car rental services, tour tickets to tourist attractions, advice on recreational activities, and assistance in planning itineraries for guests. Each guest receives recommendations from the owner for local restaurants and cafes based on their own experiences.

Minh Ánh added that, besides new guests, returning guests who had stayed there before still choose Nắng House as their accommodation when visiting Da Nang. Through this, she has made many friends from all over Vietnam and also international guests from around the world.
