The brainchild of a passion for travel
Sharing with Travellive, Hong Anh (Founder of Olive Cottage) said that the idea of Olive Cottage came from her own travels: "As a person who loves to travel, having been to many new lands, but at one point I realized that my hometown - Bao Loc is also a potential destination, with a pleasant climate and weather, many natural tourist attractions for tourists to explore but not yet known to many. Because tourism is not yet developed, there are not many quality homestay models or those with their own mark, so I always cherish the dream of having my own homestay, which can promote Bao Loc tourism to more people."

Every corner of the house seems to contain the feelings of the person who built it.
That is why Olive Cottage is made with all her heart, from the design concept to the smallest decorative details. Inspired by the cozy wooden houses of Europe, Olive Cottage has a unique design with the main color of wood, along with delicate and meticulous interior decoration. The cozy wooden house, every corner of the house evokes an image from a fairy tale, giving visitors the feeling of being lost in a completely different world.
From "just leave it alone", every decor in the house becomes strangely suitable.
"Everything just came naturally. When building this house, I didn't encounter many difficulties because perhaps the image and idea of a rustic wooden house with a strong Nordic style had been engraved in my mind for a long time. I told my husband about the idea. After that, he designed, built and supervised the project. As for the home decor, I just went to see here and there, and when I found something that matched the desired concept, I brought it home. Strangely, it all fit perfectly as if it were 'tailor-made' for the house, even though I just bought it randomly," Hong Anh said.
From the window looking out is a dreamy sky with a green garden, fragrant with flowers and grass.
Spacious bedroom, every corner is taken care of.

More than a homestay
Olive Cottage is not just a homestay but also a place to preserve unforgettable experiences for visitors. It provides full facilities for guests, including two master bedrooms, a small bedroom, a shared kitchen area, BBQ garden and free wifi.
This is also a suitable place to organize events and intimate parties.
The special feature of Olive Cottage is the modern self-check-in model, bringing convenience and flexibility to visitors. You can comfortably enjoy the private space like your own home, immerse yourself in the fresh air and relax in the middle of poetic nature.
Leisurely on the porch, time seems to slow down...
Stemming from her own expectations during her trips, Hong Anh put all her heart into Olive Cottage, hoping that visitors would feel comfortable and at home, living in a picturesque house. And especially, "I want visitors to Olive Cottage to feel like they have a wooden house in the mountains, a peaceful place to return to" - Hong Anh confided.
Towards sustainable tourism and community connection
Behind the smiles of tourists is the passionate story of Hong Anh and his wife - the pioneers in spreading love in the heart of Bao Loc. Cooperating with AIESEC - an international non-governmental organization, Hong Anh and Olive Cottage are tirelessly implementing educational programs, environmental protection and community development projects. These meaningful activities not only bring benefits to the community but also connect tourists with local culture and people.

More than just a place to stay, Olive Cottage also carries the aspiration to contribute to the sustainable tourism development of its homeland.
Hong Anh added: "Olive Cottage is not only a place to stay, but also a place to connect people with nature and the Bao Loc community. We hope that visitors coming here will have wonderful experiences, while also contributing to spreading the message of sustainable tourism, making Bao Loc a destination visited by many tourists."
