At this Food Festival, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy many delicious traditional Malaysian dishes in a buffet every evening, as well as explore and shop for local specialties. The festival will also feature a lucky draw with numerous prizes each night and a grand prize.
Two guest chefs from One World Hotel, Malaysia, will present a special menu featuring their hometown dishes at the dinner buffet from Monday to Friday for VND 798,000++ per person, including unlimited German draft beer, fruit juices, and soft drinks; and on Saturday and Sunday for VND 898,000++, including sparkling wine, German draft beer, fruit juices, and soft drinks, also unlimited.

During the festival, three different buffet menus will be served alternately each evening, featuring traditional Malaysian dishes such as Biryani rice; lamb bone soup; grilled chicken, beef, and lamb skewers served with peanut sauce, rice, cucumber, and onions; chili prawns and Petai beans; and pandan leaf sticky rice with shredded coconut.

The two head chefs responsible for preparing and presenting Malaysian dishes at this festival are Amar Bin Abdul Rahim and Mohd Ghouse Bin Ishak. Chef Amar is the Head Chef at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. Meanwhile, Chef Mohd is from Georgetown, Penang, with 30 years of experience in the culinary industry as a Head Pastry Chef.

In addition, the festival also features several stalls showcasing and selling unique traditional Malaysian products.
