The restaurant hosts a buffet on a dragon boat floating on the famous Dam Sen Lake. Besides traditional dishes like fish ball and crab soup; salted fish fried rice; Singaporean stir-fried noodles; braised chicken feet with red dates; steamed and grilled pork and beef… there are also unique dishes such as crocodile egg rolls with golden custard; pepper roast goose; and fish and meat hot pot. All dishes are prepared by the restaurant's professional culinary team.

Dam Sen Buffet is open every Saturday and Sunday afternoon, from 6 PM to 10 PM. Tickets are sold at the restaurant for only...200,000 VND per adultand150,000 VND per child(Entrance is free for visitors).
From their vantage point enjoying the Dam Sen Buffet, visitors can also watch a 3D laser show on a water screen right on the lake's surface. The water screen is a projection system created by a fan-shaped water jet system. This giant water screen measures 20 meters high and 40 meters wide, projecting 3D images of sea monster battles and beautiful Vietnamese landscapes.
