On April 25, 2019, following the "Haute Cuisine On The High Sea" cruise, Paradise Group opened the second chapter of the Haute Cuisine On The High Sea cruise with the participation of 2* Michelin star chef John Burton Race, Paradise Vietnam head chef Nguyen Gia Thien, and chef Nguyen Thanh Tung - Iron Chef Vietnam.

Paradise Vietnam's summer culinary events will take place at four locations. The first event is HOME Finest Teas Lounge (April 25, 2019) at Tea Lounge, Hanoi Tower with the participation of a symphony orchestra of up to 23 musicians, showcasing the exquisite beauty of classical music. Then, on April 26, 2019, The Chef Duo Hanoi will be held at HOME Moc Restaurant - Hanoi with a 6-course menu combining 2* Michelin star super chef John Burton Race and Paradise Vietnam executive chef Nguyen Gia Thien.
