Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (in Document No. 54/TTr-LĐTBXH dated September 18, 2019) on holidays and Tet in 2020 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and social workers, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc agreed with the proposal of the Ministry in the above document on Lunar New Year holidays.
Lunar New Year 2020, workers have 7 days off
In addition, the Prime Minister requested that agencies and units implementing this Lunar New Year holiday schedule should pay attention to arranging and organizing work departments reasonably to handle work continuously, ensuring good service to organizations and individuals.
Agencies and units that do not have fixed Saturday and Sunday holidays every week will arrange a suitable holiday schedule based on the specific program and plan of the unit.
The Prime Minister authorizes the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to announce the implementation of holidays and Tet.
