Seven Star Mountain has officially become a "meeting point" for thrill-seekers.
Videos showcasing the experience are going viral on Chinese social media, showing tourists climbing a nearly 170-meter-long ladder suspended in mid-air, surrounded by sheer cliffs. The scene is described as "like a horror movie in the Alps." Those who enjoy adventure can experience the Via Ferrata ladder climb in the sky at Qixing Mountain, developed by the China Exploration Association.
To ensure the absolute safety of visitors, the entire climbing journey on the suspension ladder will be equipped with helmets and safety harnesses. The safety locking system is specially designed and cannot be opened by climbers. This means that visitors can completely relax and enjoy the thrill of conquering the peak without worrying about any risks. A representative from the management board affirmed that the safety system has been thoroughly inspected and meets all international standards.
The staircase, suspended high in the air at an altitude of over 1,500 meters, stands as a challenge to anyone who dares to set foot on it.
Participants must meet health requirements and be at least 1.2 meters tall. Those with a history of high blood pressure or heart disease are not permitted to participate. Currently, the attraction is open to influencers with tickets priced at over $100 USD. The official opening is expected within the next two weeks.
Thất Tinh Sơn (Seven Stars Mountain) has a rather unique topography; each peak of Thất Tinh Sơn resembles a giant rock, standing majestically amidst the forest with its own distinct shape. According to the locals, these peaks look like seven stars scattered across the sky, their positions representing the seven stars in the Big Dipper constellation.
Seven Star Mountain is located in the small town of Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie, just 6 km from the city center. The summit is a hill with an average height of approximately 1400 meters. The Seven Star Mountain complex boasts a majestic, layered beauty. The diverse peaks create a magnificent natural landscape. Therefore, despite being relatively undeveloped, this mountain has become a popular destination attracting millions of tourists every year.
