The project is located on a plot of land measuring over 15,750 square meters at 84 Mau Than Street, An Hoa Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. At the project launch ceremony, representatives of the Can Tho City People's Committee will officially present the Investment Certificate and Retail Establishment License to LOTTE Mart. The total investment capital for the LOTTE Mart Can Tho General Shopping Center is expected to exceed 31 million USD.
Following LOTTE Mart's general model, LOTTE Mart Can Tho will be an integrated shopping center comprising a supermarket, high-end shopping area, entertainment and recreation area, and food court… LOTTE Mart expects the new shopping center in Can Tho to officially open by the end of 2014.
Currently, LOTTE Mart has 7 shopping malls in Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, Da Nang, and Hanoi. It is expected that by the end of this year, LOTTE Mart will open 4 more new shopping malls in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Vung Tau, and Can Tho.
