The project is located on a land area of over 15,750m2 at 84 Mau Than, An Hoa Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. At the project launching ceremony, representatives of Can Tho City People's Committee will also officially grant the Investment Certificate and Retail Establishment License to LOTTE Mart. It is expected that the total investment capital for LOTTE Mart Can Tho General Commercial Center will be over 31 million USD.
According to the general model of LOTTE Mart, LOTTE Mart Can Tho will be an integrated commercial center including a supermarket, high-end shopping area, entertainment area, cuisine... LOTTE Mart expects the new commercial center in Can Tho to officially come into operation by the end of 2014.
Currently, LOTTE Mart has 7 shopping centers in Vietnam including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, Da Nang, Hanoi. It is expected that by the end of this year, LOTTE Mart will open 4 new shopping centers in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Vung Tau City and Can Tho City.
