As Mr. Li pointed out, the Mi Smart Band 4 has an Idle Alert mode that lets users know when they've been sitting for too long and it's time to stand up and move around.
All activities are recorded in the MiFit software's data, allowing users to track their health improvements and stay motivated to exercise.
The Mi Smart Band 4 continues the sleek, stylish, convenient, and exceptionally lightweight design of its predecessors. It comes with interchangeable straps in various colors to suit any style or occasion, and users can reuse the stylish strap collection from the Mi Band 3 on the Mi Smart Band 4. The Mi Smart Band 4 also features a new, highly intuitive user interface, automatic locking when not worn, and smartphone music control.
