Pham Quynh Anh is the founder of Neverland de papillons homestay. She also owns Padma de Fleur flower shop, which has been operating in Ho Chi Minh City for nearly 12 years. From her flower shop and her intense passion for flowers and plants, Quynh Anh was able to create Neverland de papillons. It's one of the accommodations that many tourists seek out as a place to balance life and recharge with positive energy amidst the poetic and charming countryside of the Mekong Delta.
Neverland de papillons is a place where dreams of walking on solid ground and touching the grass, trees, and flowers come true.
Neverland de Papillons Homestay - a blend of classic and modern in the flower-filled landscape of Sa Dec.
Neverland de papillons homestay is located in An Hoa ward, Sa Dec city, Dong Thap province. Built amidst a vast field, with a clear canal and a large flower garden behind it, Neverland de papillons also offers many activities for visitors to experience when visiting the countryside of the Mekong Delta.
The essence of the Mekong Delta countryside is subtly and skillfully incorporated into the design.

With its rustic yet tasteful beauty, Neverland de papillons harmoniously blends classic design with modern furnishings.
With a total area of 1,500 m²2The garden occupies 1,000 m².2and the tiny house is packed into 500 square meters.2Neverland de papillons has 5 rooms, and the rest of the space is planted with fragrant flowers and plants, fulfilling the dream of the homestay owner.
Located on a spacious plot of land, Ms. Quynh Anh still chose to preserve the natural feel, with all rooms offering views of the rice fields. A fresh, natural atmosphere permeates every corner of the rooms, providing positive energy for guests experiencing their stay here.

The five rooms at Neverland de Papillons are all named after flowers: Gardenia, Jasmin, Padma, Magnolia, and Tuberose. The largest is the Gardenia room, with an area of 40 square meters.2Each room is subtly scented with the unique fragrance of different flowers, creating a pleasant, restful, and peaceful atmosphere.

The interior here has a classic, rustic, fairytale-like style, yet still retains the distinctive features of Vietnamese culture. The owner of Neverland de Papillons has skillfully designed wooden furniture in the style of the old Mekong Delta, allowing guests to experience the most authentic countryside. Perhaps that's why the homestay's interior, though gentle, rustic, and slightly wild, still showcases its unique "taste." Every little corner here can become a fantastic spot for taking Instagram-worthy photos.
All the bathrooms in the homestay are decorated with lots of greenery.
Speaking with Travellive, Ms. Quynh Anh smiled and said: “I think what everyone appreciates after visiting Neverland de Papillons is that the homestay is surrounded by nature and rice fields, with not many houses built close together. When you're in the city with its busy pace of life, coming to this Sa Dec area feels very relaxing in this space filled with nature. The photos don't capture the whole picture of the homestay; everyone is surprised by the house's height of nearly 9 meters. Such a high ceiling fulfills the desire for a spacious and airy home.”

Neverland officially opened in 2019. The entire project was completed within one year at a total cost of approximately 5 billion VND.
“The first year was affected by the pandemic, and everything seemed to be delayed. But I feel very lucky. In 2020, Vietnamese people didn't travel abroad, so they traveled domestically, and the homestay still maintained a fairly good number of guests. From 2021 until now, people can travel abroad more, but the trend and habit of traveling domestically seems to be increasing, so it has remained stable and the number of guests is very good,” Ms. Quynh Anh said.
Furthermore, at Neverland de Papillons, visitors can enjoy a myriad of nature-filled recreational activities. You'll experience the exciting riverine life of the Mekong Delta, such as swimming in canals, catching crabs and snails when the tide is low, gardening, flower arranging, cycling along peaceful country roads, rowing boats, admiring rice fields, and especially floating on inflatable rafts, perfect for taking stunning photos and relaxing amidst the vast natural landscape… All of these are experiences close to nature that help you find moments of peace and tranquility.

With so many kinds of flowers in the garden, Neverland de papillons always has new flowers and plenty of options for arranging them.
Flower lovers create a home filled with "flowers and butterflies fluttering around."
When asked about her experience opening a homestay while running a well-known flower shop in Saigon, Ms. Quynh Anh recounted: “Every year I go to Sa Dec a few times, at least once to see the plants and flowers. One time, by chance, my husband took me to buy plants on a plot of rice paddy land that was for sale. When I went to see it, I found the place very romantic, because it was the flood season and everything was surrounded by water. Then I noticed a bouquet of flowers floating on the water that looked very cute, so I decided to buy it. Initially, I intended to turn the rice paddy land into a garden, but if I only kept it as a garden, I wouldn't have the funds to maintain it, and at least I needed a gazebo when visiting the garden. So, to make it sustainable, I decided to build several rooms and create a homestay.”

The name Neverland de papillons (Neverland of Papillons) comes from the meaning of "flying flowers and fluttering butterflies." Neverland is a land that is unreal, non-existent, magical, dreamy, where everything will never stop aging.
In Sa Dec, the flower capital of Southern Vietnam, amidst the trees and rice fields, Ms. Quynh Anh and many visitors feel they forget their worries, anxieties, and sadness. In this space surrounded by nature, the positive energy soothes everything.
Neverland de papillons was created by Ms. Quynh Anh in a very simple way. When building the house, she only thought of it as a place to balance life. When we are close to flowers and nature, it helps us balance our energy.

“I don’t know much about the Mekong Delta. Maybe that’s why I see the Mekong Delta and Sa Dec from the perspective of an outsider. Sa Dec is very charming, romantic in a passionate way because of its tropical climate. When I chose to buy the land and build the house there, perhaps I had already entered a different state of mind and no longer liked melancholic romance, but shifted completely towards bright, positive romance. All these conditions made the house seem special,” Ms. Quynh Anh shared.
Immerse yourself in nature in the expansive gardens at Neverland de papillons.
Neverland de papillons enjoys the beauty of the largest papillon garden in Southern Vietnam, overflowing with sweetness and love. From every small country road in Sa Dec, the gentle green, tender green, or the vibrant colors of the flowers blooming brightly fill the sky. All of this is enough to bring joy to the heart and soothe the soul.
If you're looking for a peaceful, countryside getaway far from the hustle and bustle of city life, Neverland de papillons is the ideal destination for a rejuvenating trip and immersing yourself in nature.
