With meticulous planning and dedication, "The Epic of Peace" showcases a delicate blend of solemn political elements and emotionally charged artistic language, aiming to vividly and authentically recreate the 21-year journey of arduous but glorious resistance of our nation. The program not only presents a tragic epic depicting sacrifices and losses, but also a triumphant song celebrating the great victory, culminating in the Spring 1975 General Offensive and Uprising – the most brilliant and glorious musical chapter in Vietnam's history of nation-building and national defense.
But at the same time, it's also an opportunity for people, especially young people, to better understand the sacrifices of previous generations.
Audiences at the event experienced concise yet insightful documentary films skillfully interwoven with many unique and captivating artistic performances.
