Looking back at 5 Vietnamese records in Phu Quoc, the "city that never sleeps".

On its opening day at the end of April, Phu Quoc United Center received five national records. The appearance of the first "sleepless" mega-complex in Vietnam contributes to making Phu Quoc a "new international destination" in Asia.

At the end of April, the Phu Quoc United Center, a mega-resort and entertainment complex, officially opened. On the same day, the Vietnam Record Organization recognized five national records for the complex and its various facilities, as well as the outstanding artistic programs performed there.

1. "Colors of Venice" - Vietnam's largest multimedia live performance show on the water.

Inspired by the essence of European culture, the "Colors of Venice" live show is a spectacular feast of light, laser and LED technology, and incredibly impressive music and dance.

To create these stunning "water screens" suspended above the lake's surface, the organizers had to utilize the most sophisticated projection system currently available, featuring a series of meticulously arranged mechanical devices hidden beneath the vast lake.

2. "The Quintessence of Vietnam" - a live performance art program using 3D technology to recreate the most traditional historical stories of Vietnam.

The way "The Quintessence of Vietnam" recreated a traditional Vietnamese space amazed all viewers with a stage filled with light, 3D mapping, and the most modern equipment. One of the most impressive moments at the mega-show was when a giant moon combined with lighting effects created lines in the air, precisely following the movements of the performers.

According to many audience members present, this was the first time a performance about traditional culture had left everyone speechless with surprise, eliciting gasps of delight and continuous applause as they witnessed the performances combining light, music, and countless incredibly creative arrangements.

3. Bamboo Legend - the largest bamboo house project in Vietnam.

Constructed from 32,000 bamboo poles, the building bears a distinctly Vietnamese imprint, with its curved eaves mimicking traditional temple roofs. Designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia, the structure is predicted to become one of the most popular photo spots in the area.

4. Teddy Bear - the first teddy bear exhibition area in Vietnam.

With a massive scale of over 1,500 m²2The Teddy Bear Museum features five experiential zones showcasing over 500 teddy bears based on the captivating Teddy Bear Adventures theme, inspired by the famous Indiana Jones film.
