Lesotho, South Africa
Southern African countries are famous among tourists for their wine and emerald beaches. But few people know about Lesotho, a country in Southern Africa. "Surrounded" by the Republic of South Africa and bordered by high mountains, Lesotho is like a separate kingdom from the rest of Africa and is known as the "Kingdom of the Sky".

With its highlands, impressive waterfalls and canyons, and more than 300 days of sunshine a year, Lesotho is a great destination for adventurers. The kingdom is also one of the few places in Africa where snow falls. Come here to hike in the highlands, meet indigenous tribes living in huts and caves, or visit Tsehlanyane National Park and ski in the Oxbow in the winter.
Egypt

For many people, Egypt is not an attractive destination because of terrorism and violence here. However, in reality, violence against tourists is very rare. Therefore, tourists can hire a local to take them on a tour of Cairo, including the oldest churches in Egypt such as Moallaqa (Hanging Church) and Abu Serga Church. In addition, other entertainment venues in downtown Cairo such as Kunst gallery and cafe or Kafein are also popular.
Mongolia

With its stunning steppes and traditional hospitality, Mongolia is one of the world's best destinations for adventurous travelers. You can take the world's longest train journey - The Trans-Siberian Railway - from Moscow (Russia) to Beijing (China) or enjoy the scenery by horseback riding. If you visit in June, you will enjoy the Naadam festival and witness competitions between archers, horse riders, and wrestlers.
Türkiye

From bombings to unrest along the Syrian border, Turkey has become more of a dangerous place than a tourist destination. However, Turkey remains a fascinating country for visitors thanks to its impressive culture and beautiful natural landscape.
In the ancient city of Urfa, you can visit vast mazes and bustling markets. Further outside Urfa, find homestays in Kurdish villages to stay with locals, learn how to bake bread and cook traditional dishes.
Guyana

Located east of Venezuela and north of Brazil, Guyana is one of the smallest countries in South America. Only about 3,000 tourists visit here each year, but thanks to that, the natural landscape here remains wild and beautiful.
Influenced by South America and the Caribbean, Guyana is rich in culture. Head to the capital, George Town, for food, rum and Calypso music, or visit Kaieteur National Park to see one of the world's most powerful waterfalls - Kaieteur Falls, which is 226 metres high (five times higher than Niagara Falls).
Haiti

Haiti has endured a number of hardships over the past decade, including the 2010 earthquake and the Zika virus, which have severely reduced tourism. However, for those looking to explore its rich culture, Haiti remains one of the most ecologically and historically fascinating places in the Caribbean.
Haiti impresses visitors with its turquoise beaches near the capital Port-au-Prince, La Visite National Park and Parc Macaya. If you are a foodie, you can also visit roadside eateries with rustic dishes such as steamed rice with black bean sauce, Haitian sausage, grilled goat meat sandwiches and try different types of rum at the Barbancourt Rum Distillery on the northern border of the capital.
Moldova

Central and Eastern Europe have been coveted travel destinations for decades. But it is only recently that the small country nestled between Ukraine and Romania, Moldova, has gained international attention for its growing wine trade and its dramatic setting of mountains, rivers, and castle-filled towns.
The most famous town in the country is Cricova, north of the capital, with its vast, maze-like wine cellars. Here, you can enjoy delicious meals with a glass of premium wine. In addition, the town of Soroca also attracts many tourists thanks to its magnificent castles, inspired by famous architectural works such as the Bolshoi Theater (Russia), St. Peter's Cathedral (Vatican) or the Capitol building (USA).
