Soneva Kiri, Koh Kood Island, Thailand
Nestled in the jungle on Koh Kood – Thailand's fourth-largest but least populated island – Soneva Kiri is a renowned eco-resort featuring a unique restaurant perched atop eucalyptus trees nearly 10 meters above the ground. Upon arrival, diners ascend via zipline to an egg-shaped cabin suspended from the trees. These cabins, constructed from steel and braided rope, are inspired by bird nests and can accommodate four people at a time. Restaurant staff also use ziplines to serve meals to guests.

Le 3842 is Europe's "highest" restaurant, located atop Aiguille du Midi mountain in France. The restaurant has been open for 50 years, and its name comes from its altitude of 3,842 meters. To reach it, diners must take a cable car to the summit. Notably, the restaurant has windows on all sides, allowing diners to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view while dining.
Le 3842 restaurant has been awarded the title "Maitre Restaurateur" for serving traditional dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The entire menu is translated into 45 languages, and customers can scan a QR code to view the menu in their preferred language.

Villa Escudero, located in the city of San Pablo, is renowned for its tranquil and picturesque Philippine countryside. In addition, Villa Escudero attracts visitors with its unique restaurant, situated at the foot of Labasin Falls, where diners can enjoy local cuisine at handcrafted bamboo tables right next to the flowing waterfall. Built in July 2019, The Rock restaurant in Zanzibar quickly gained fame for its unique location – it sits atop a rock in the middle of the Indian Ocean, near Michanwi Pingwe beach in southeastern Zanzibar. At low tide, you can walk across the seaweed-covered beach to reach the restaurant. However, at high tide, the only way to access this floating restaurant is by boat from the Zanzibar coast.

Grotta Palazzese is a renowned restaurant with numerous positive reviews and praise in international travel and food magazines and blogs. Many visitors even consider it the most romantic restaurant in the world. Located in a vaulted limestone cave approximately 22 meters above sea level, Grotta Palazzese is part of the Grotta Palazzese Hotel, situated above in the town of Polignano a Mare in southern Italy.
This restaurant, built around 1700, was once a gathering place for local nobility to hold parties. Here, diners can admire the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, enjoy the warm summer night breeze, and savor world-class cuisine. However, this cave restaurant is only open during the summer months, from May to October.

The Giraffe Manor restaurant is located within the Giraffe Manor hotel on the edge of Nairobi National Park southwest of Kenya's capital, Nairobi. This 12-room hotel, built in 1930, is situated within a sanctuary dedicated to the breeding and preservation of Rothschild giraffes, one of the most endangered giraffe species. While staying here, guests can enjoy many exciting activities with giraffes, including sharing breakfast with them at the Giraffe Manor restaurant as they peek their heads through the windows.
