Le 3842 is the "highest" restaurant in Europe, located on the top of the Aiguille du Midi mountain in France. The restaurant has been open for 50 years and its name comes from the restaurant's elevation of 3,842 m. To get here, diners have to take a cable car to the top of the mountain. Notably, the restaurant has windows on all sides, allowing diners to enjoy the 360-degree view while dining.

Restaurant Le 3842 has been awarded the title of "Maitre Restaurateur" for serving traditional dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The entire menu is translated into 45 languages, and customers can scan a QR code to view the menu in their preferred language.
