Amidst the widespread and devastating impact of the nCoV virus pandemic on all aspects of life and the community, Paradise Vietnam Group – a major tourism enterprise with a leading cruise ship system in Ha Long Bay and Viet Deli with a restaurant network throughout Vietnam – has demonstrated a spirit of social responsibility by proactively developing solutions to minimize the reactive response and negative impact of the pandemic.
Together with tourists, implement safety measures on the cruise ship.
Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and official local news sources, Paradise Vietnam conducts daily general health checks for all staff; organizes training sessions and disseminates knowledge to employees, creating a sense of security while working to ensure service quality; and strictly implements the recommendations of the Ministry of Health. All vehicles transporting tourists are regularly disinfected. Corridors, common areas, and cabins on the ship are also disinfected according to regulations and without affecting the health of tourists.

Medical masks and hand sanitizers are also provided in sufficient quantities for staff and all passengers before boarding the ship. Passengers are encouraged to wear masks in common areas and public attractions.
Furthermore, the menus served on the cruise ships have been modified accordingly: all raw or undercooked dishes have been completely discontinued, and only cooked meals are served. On all cruise ships, medical staff are always on standby to respond immediately to any unusual incidents and quickly transport patients to pre-arranged hospitals.

"Our customers are very excited and appreciate our efforts in helping them protect their health. They also feel comfortable and safe participating with us in measures to prevent the spread of the virus, such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, and having their temperature checked by medical staff," said Lee Montefrio Palaganas, Managing Director of Paradise Cruise.
