In total, Peugeot's nationwide network of showrooms and dealerships currently comprises 25 sales points.
In the northern market, the Peugeot brand is currently present in 6 major provinces and cities: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Vinh, and Hai Phong. In the southern region, Peugeot Vietnam showrooms are present in 9 major provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Binh Dinh, Quang Binh, Vung Tau, Da Nang, and Nha Trang. In the near future, the Peugeot service center system will be expanded to other provinces and cities to provide customers with the opportunity to discover and experience top-quality car models, while enjoying comprehensive customer service with the highest level of satisfaction.
The showroom utilizes Amplified Experience virtual reality technology, allowing users to personally experience test driving vehicles in a realistic 3D virtual environment.
In particular, Peugeot Vietnam knows how to please its customers, always striving to improve service quality through superior after-sales policies aimed at protecting the interests of car owners. For example, through the Peugeot Total Care comprehensive customer care program, customers will enjoy a 5-year official warranty along with a comprehensive insurance package worth up to 25 million VND in the first year of purchasing the vehicle.
Furthermore, from now until September 14th, customers will receive many service benefits when booking appointments through the My Peugeot app (Priority booking, 10% discount on oil, parts, and labor costs for maintenance, excluding bodywork and paint repairs). Meanwhile, Peugeot's Mobility Service policy provides customers with more time and flexibility when their vehicle is undergoing warranty repairs and the waiting time exceeds 2 working hours (excluding bodywork and paint repairs).
