Minh Hao's trip started from Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and according to him, choosing a bicycle instead of a motorbike was the decision to not miss precious moments along the way. "Motorbikes are too fast, I'm afraid I'll miss beautiful moments that can only be experienced when moving slowly. Bicycles give me time to feel everything around me," Minh Hao shared.
Indeed, each cycle is a time for Minh Hao to stop, breathe the air of each land, enjoy the pristine beauty of nature and meaningful everyday moments.
Minh Hao and the cross-country bicycle trip
Journey in the rain and be overwhelmed by the beautiful regional scenery
Starting from Long Hai, Minh Hao traveled along the coastal road, heading north. But the weather was not always on his side. The whole journey through Nha Trang, Da Nang, was continuously rainy, sometimes lasting for 9 days straight. However, those rains were the deep memories that Hao will never forget.

On this journey, Minh Hao encountered many inconveniences due to the weather.
And meetings with local people, from the Central to the North, are indispensable. Minh Hao talks about the times he stopped to chat with his fellow countrymen, share a simple meal and feel the warmth of humanity. “Just lower your ego, smile brightly, everyone opens their hearts to welcome you. That makes me feel that my country is so beautiful, not only in the scenery but also in the people,” he said.
Throughout the journey, there was one place that Minh Hao will always remember - Ha Giang Pass. The steep road up to 1,000 m was the biggest challenge of his journey. "The scenery was breathtaking, but when I got there, I was really exhausted. However, that feeling made me love this land even more," he said with a smile.

The Vietnamese landscapes appear so dazzlingly stunning.
Go to find the meaning of life
Every day cycling, Minh Hao not only immerses himself in the beautiful natural scenery but also finds peace in the slow rotations. He is not in a hurry, not under time pressure. “Riding slowly does not mean slow progress, but living more deeply. That is one of the things that I can only feel when I ride a bicycle,” he expressed. The days on the bicycle are the days when he feels closer to life, when each road, each village has its own story.

Traveling is also a way for us to face ourselves, face our fears and learn to calmly handle every situation.
The trip was also an opportunity for Minh Hao to face himself, face his fears and learn to calmly handle all situations. “Crossing Vietnam by bicycle helped me understand myself better, bravely face challenges and overcome them. That is something that in normal life, not everyone can do,” he shared.
Although this trip is not over yet, Minh Hao has had valuable experiences, from the people he met on the road, the dishes with rich regional flavors, to the tranquility that can only be felt when cycling alone through deserted roads.

This journey allows the boy to find himself again.
When asked for advice for those who want to try a similar journey, Minh Hao sincerely shared: “Listen to your heart, do what you really want to do and don’t be afraid of challenges. Whether it’s cycling or any other means of transport, the most important thing is that you live life to the fullest and have no regrets.”
