As one of the world's most famous brands for luxury clothing and cosmetics, few people know that Dior has also ventured into the cafe and pastry business. In South Korea, Dior has opened a luxurious cafe within the premises of its House of Dior store.
The House of Dior is located on Apgujeong Road, the most expensive street in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul. The architectural design is inspired by the shape of a white dress with its soft, alluring curves.

In fact, the building's architect, Christian de Portzamparc, was truly inspired by Dior's own identity: "I thought about the softness of fabrics and I created a facade that is very fluid. Each curve of the building will create the effects of sunlight at different times of the day."
Because it's a café owned by a major fashion brand, this isn't just an ordinary coffee shop. Located on the 6th floor of Dior's largest flagship store, the Dior café is a fusion of art, high fashion, and sophisticated coffee culture. From the 1st to the 3rd floor, the store showcases the latest Dior Korea collections, from clothing and accessories to perfumes and cosmetics.

The fourth floor houses an exhibition space with frequently changing themes. It also displays masterpieces that have made Dior famous, particularly limited-edition bags and dresses.

Cafe Dior is located on the 6th floor of the building, allowing visitors to enjoy coffee while admiring the panoramic city view. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The space features a predominantly gray and white color scheme and is always filled with light, making it perfect for taking memorable photos.

The dominant color scheme is gray and white, and the area is always filled with light.
The menu here is created by the renowned French dessert chef Pierre Hermé, dubbed the Picasso of pastries and winner of the World's Best Pastry Chef award in 2016. Over 20 different pastries are served, each with its own unique flavor and stunning presentation. And of course, with all that luxury, the price for an experience here isn't cheap! Most coffees cost around $15-$17 and desserts are $20, except for special seasonal desserts which are $29.
