Mr. Le Ngoc Tuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province, said that the locality has issued a plan to reopen to welcome visitors in 4 phases.
Accordingly,Phase 1starting from late October and November, when tourism workers are vaccinated with at least one dose after 14 days. During this time, the province welcomes guests residing in green zones (level 1), yellow zones (level 2) and orange zones (level 3) in Quang Nam and from neighboring provinces and cities. The reception of guests is associated with a safe epidemic prevention and control process to prepare for the Christmas and Tet seasons and to prepare to welcome guests from other provinces and cities across the country.

Phase 2From early December, when all tourism workers have been fully vaccinated with two doses after 14 days, the province will pilot welcoming tourists from level 1, 2 and 3 localities across the country under the "travel bubble" model. Tourists will go on closed tours through travel agencies associated with safe epidemic prevention and control procedures.
Phase 3From the beginning of January 2022, the province will open up to welcome visitors residing at levels 1, 2 and 3 for sightseeing, tourism, and relaxation... Visitors can choose to go on a closed tour of a travel company or travel individually and choose their own services associated with a safe epidemic prevention and control process. Tour/combo programs, sightseeing, tourism, and entertainment activities for domestic visitors from provinces and cities across the country will also be deployed.
Guests over 18 years old must be fully vaccinated or have recovered. Guests under 18 years old must have a negative test result within the prescribed time.

Phase 4is when Quang Nam is allowed by the competent authority to welcome international visitors. Quang Nam has proposed to the Prime Minister to welcome international tourists.
Domestic visitors to Quang Nam must follow the 5K regulations, have a QR code and must use the QR code when participating in tourism services. Visitors showing symptoms of fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, and difficulty breathing need to be tested.
Quang Nam encourages visitors from within the province and neighboring provinces and cities to use services of tourism service establishments in green, yellow and orange zones from phase 1. Visitors from other provinces and cities are encouraged to choose package tours organized by travel companies.
