In order to create a highlight for summer tourism, Quang Ninh province will launch a night cruise street during the upcoming April 30 - May 1 holiday. Ha Long night cruise street will have about 30 selected cruise ships participating in the activity with modern design, ensuring safe operation. These ships serve tourists visiting Ha Long Bay during the day and in the evening, the night street serves tourists to enjoy cuisine.
The night cruise street is arranged along both sides of the wharf of Ha Long International Passenger Port. The operating time of the night street starts from 6pm to 10pm of the same day.

The night cruise tourism product was born to create a highlight and promote tourism in Ha Long and Quang Ninh after the Covid-19 pandemic. Bringing cruise ships to serve tourists at night will help reduce the load on restaurants on shore during the peak tourist season, as well as optimize the efficiency of ships operating in Ha Long Bay.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son, Vice Chairman of Ha Long City People's Committee, said that Ha Long City is also studying to coordinate with the management unit of Ha Long International Passenger Port to organize other booths and events to add vitality to the night street.

In addition, Ha Long city will also implement a series of activities to stimulate tourism in the area. Ms. Vu Thi Van Oanh, Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Long City, also said that detailed construction and operation plans have been approved by Quang Ninh departments and branches, including plans to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting, oil spill incidents, and plans in case of poisoning.
