Regarding standard tourism services, in Hanoi there are currently 29 food service establishments, 35 shopping service establishments, 6 entertainment establishments, and 1 health care service establishment that have been recognized as meeting standards to serve tourists. The system of shopping, food, and entertainment service establishments that meet standards to serve tourists has attracted and served a large number of tourists and residents to visit and shop.
Hanoi currently has 3,756 tourist accommodation establishments with 70,218 rooms; of which 602 hotels have been ranked from 1 to 5 stars with 25,432 rooms, accounting for 16% of the total number of tourist accommodation establishments in the area and 36.2% of the total number of rooms.
