In addition to the daily changing seafood menu such as lobster, oysters, crabs, scallops, octopus, and various types of sea fish; the Japanese counter with sushi and sashimi; the European counter at Ngon Gallery restaurant will certainly attract diners with many choices from Australian beef, lamb, chicken, and duck prepared by chef Roger Rechsteiner with over 25 years of experience at the international 5-star hotel chain Le Meriden, Four Points by Sheraton, etc.
The highlight of the buffet menu at the restaurant is the unlimited chili lobster dish. To ensure the taste and quality of the "signature" dish at Ngon Gallery, Nha Trang lobsters are imported in the afternoon before the opening time, then pre-processed and prepared at the hot food counter when customers order. The firm, sweet lobster meat blends with the warm, spicy, sweet aroma of chili sauce, creating an extremely eye-catching red color for the dish, stimulating the taste buds of customers, especially when eaten with toasted bread.
