Located at the Citadines Bayfront Hotel on Tran Phu Street – Vietnam's most beautiful coastal road – Paradise Vietnam's new restaurant offers a completely different dining experience in the seaside city of Nha Trang. Open daily from 5 PM, the restaurant serves a rich seafood buffet menu with unlimited lobster for 250 guests.

With over 70 dishes on the restaurant's dinner buffet menu, diners will enjoy a colorful culinary feast featuring delicious dishes from Vietnam, Korea, China, Japan, and Europe. The restaurant's menu was personally created by 2-Michelin-star chef John Burton-Race, head chef of Ngon Villa restaurant system - Iron Chef Nguyen Thanh Tung, head chef of HOME restaurant system - Nguyen Gia Thien, and head chef of Ngon Gallery restaurant - Roger Rechsteiner, based on the abundant seafood resources of Nha Trang coastal city.

Besides a daily changing seafood menu featuring lobster, oysters, crab, scallops, octopus, and various types of sea fish; a Japanese counter with sushi and sashimi; and a European counter at Ngon Gallery restaurant, diners are sure to be attracted with a wide selection of Australian beef, lamb, chicken, and duck prepared by head chef Roger Rechsteiner, who has over 25 years of experience at international 5-star hotels such as Le Meriden and Four Points by Sheraton.

The highlight of the buffet menu at the restaurant is the unlimited-sized lobster in chili sauce. To ensure the flavor and quality of Ngon Gallery's signature dish, Nha Trang lobsters are imported in the afternoon before opening hours, then prepared and cooked at the hot food counter when customers order. The firm, sweet lobster meat blends perfectly with the warm, spicy, and fragrant chili sauce, creating a visually stunning red color that stimulates the appetite, especially when served with toasted bread.

Also at Ngon Gallery Nha Trang restaurant, diners can enjoy HOME wines produced exclusively for Paradise Vietnam's restaurant, cruise ship, and hotel system. These wines are produced exclusively by Château La Brulerie, a winery with over two centuries of history and ownership of numerous wine châteaux in Bordeaux, Eastern France.

“Unlike the HOME and Ngon Villa restaurant systems, this is the first time Paradise Vietnam has introduced a new restaurant model in Nha Trang after researching the unique market of this coastal city. With a buffet concept, Ngon Gallery Nha Trang will suit the tastes of the ever-increasing number of domestic and international tourists in Nha Trang,” shared Mr. Nguyen Cao Son, CEO of Paradise Vietnam Group.

With an area of up to 1,000 m²2Ngon Gallery restaurant serves 250 diners in a luxurious setting on the second floor of the Citadines Bayfront hotel. Ngon Gallery Nha Trang is the 13th restaurant in the Paradise Vietnam restaurant system, alongside HOME, Ngon Villa, and HOME Finest Teas Lounge restaurants in Hanoi, Ha Long, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City.
Ngon Gallery restaurant opens at 5 PM with a buffet menu starting from 1,250,000 VND/person, featuring unlimited servings of lobster in chili sauce every day.
