The signing ceremony took place between Mr. Thai Thanh Quy, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, and Mr. Pham Huy Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigontourist. Witnessing the ceremony were Mr. Le Hong Vinh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province; Mr. Vo Anh Tai, Deputy General Director of Saigontourist; and representatives from the leadership of Nghe An Province, Saigontourist, and the media.

According to the plan, Saigontourist will support the promotion and advertising of Nghe An's tourism image, destinations, and products and services to the global market through its network of domestic and international media outlets and partners, as well as at several international trade fairs in countries where Saigontourist participates. Notably, Saigontourist will invest in building a LED screen tourism promotion board at the Kim Lien historical site, the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh. Saigontourist hopes that when tourists visit the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh, they will experience the most beautiful, vivid, and meaningful images of the life and great career of the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, along with fascinating stories about tourism in Nghe An.
Nghe An is a tourist destination with strong potential, boasting beautiful natural landscapes, unique local culture, and a land renowned for its rich history and talented people.
Regarding tour packages and routes, Saigontourist, following the directives of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and People's Committee, closely collaborates with Nghe An province to develop tour programs. Saigontourist prioritizes Nghe An destinations in its tour programs sold to tourists, especially focusing on attracting tourists to Nghe An during the 50th anniversary (1969-2019), 55th anniversary (1969-2024) of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's Testament, and the 130th anniversary (1890-2020), 135th anniversary (1890-2025) of President Ho Chi Minh's birth; and the 110th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's departure to seek a path to national salvation (1911-2021). To commemorate the 90th anniversary (1930-2020) and 95th anniversary (1930-2025) of the Nghe Tinh Soviet, the 55th anniversary of the Truong Bon victory (1968-2023), and the low season for tourism in Nghe An, Saigontourist is coordinating with domestic and international Famtrip, Presstrip, and Blogger groups to survey, research, and promote tourism in Nghe An.
Uncle Ho's birthplace, Lotus Village, is one of the famous tourist destinations.
Regarding travel activities, in June this year, Saigontourist officially opened its Saigontourist Travel branch located at the Saigon – Kim Lien Hotel, situated in the heart of Vinh City, Nghe An province, to attract international and domestic tourists to Nghe An; and to serve delegations on business trips to Nghe An (such as delegations from the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and various departments and agencies of Nghe An...).
Regarding cooperation in product development and serving the flow of tourists, Saigontourist prioritizes bringing tourists to Nghe An. Conversely, Nghe An province will prioritize using domestic and international tour packages offered by Saigontourist's travel companies and will prioritize using products and services at Saigontourist's hotels and resorts in Nghe An.
