In November, winter arrives, and fog blankets the landscape. The pale white of the mist and the light drizzle blend with the pristine white of the mustard flowers blooming across the valleys and hills. Moc Chau appears as an endless, boundless "white plateau."

The mustard flowers in Moc Chau bloom from October to December, usually peaking in the first 2-3 weeks of November. Afterward, they are gradually harvested to collect the mature seeds for sale to oil pressing facilities. Mustard flowers are planted densely from the foot of one mountain to the foot of another, from one village to another valley. In the early days of winter, the entire landscape of Moc Chau seems shrouded in a hazy, dreamy mist.

Thung Cuong village is where the mustard flowers bloom earliest. From the end of October, the road into the village is covered in white. The mustard flowers in Ba Phach village bloom later, and this is also known as the "paradise of mustard flowers" in Moc Chau, with its endless fields of flowers stretching as far as the eye can see. Without the bumpy dirt road and the small houses nestled under the green trees, Ba Phach village would probably look like an endless labyrinth with no way out.

Additionally, Ang village is also a popular spot for viewing white mustard flowers. Deep within the pine forest, you'll find fields of flowers planted by locals to welcome tourists. However, this is a paid photography spot, costing around 10,000 to 20,000 VND per visit.

A few notes for tourists visiting Moc Chau in November.
- November in Moc Chau is very cold, with fog and light drizzle. Tourists should bring a light raincoat, windbreaker, and comfortable shoes.
- It's best to go flower viewing at midday, when the fog has cleared and the temperature is higher, and the lighting conditions are more suitable for taking photos.
- Do not pick, break, or damage the flowers belonging to the locals. Most of these flowers are used for harvesting seeds to sell.
