New York has been voted the most visitor-friendly city.
A survey based on the opinions of 3,724 travelers who had visited at least 10 countries revealed that 11% of those interviewed considered New York, the "city that never sleeps," to be the friendliest city in the world.
This result might surprise many who have never been to New York, as they only see a New York that is always busy and crowded, just like in the movies they've seen. However, once they come to the city and experience life there, they might think differently, according to a representative from CouponCodesPro.

Coming in second on the list is Beijing, with 10% of tourists voting for it.

Following closely behind are Toronto, Canada; Amsterdam, Netherlands, with its famous Red Light District; and Sydney, Australia.
Meanwhile, 13% of tourists surveyed ranked the glamorous capital of Paris, a favorite destination for many, as the least tourist-friendly city. Other cities considered less tourist-friendly included London, Barcelona, Rome, and Tokyo.

Paris is considered the least tourist-friendly city.
The main destinations in New York City include the Empire State Building, Ellis Island, Broadway theaters, museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and other attractions like Central Park, Washington Square, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, the Bronx Zoo, the New York Botanical Garden, and upscale shopping areas along Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue.
The Statue of Liberty is a major tourist attraction and one of the most famous symbols of the United States.

New York's culinary culture is incredibly diverse, influenced by immigrants and a large number of diners. Italian and European immigrants have made the city famous for bagels, cheesecake, and pizza.
Approximately 4,000 city-licensed food trucks, many owned by immigrants, have made Middle Eastern cuisine such as falafel and kebab a staple of modern New York's street food scene, although hot dogs and pretzels remain popular staples on the main streets. The city is also home to many of the most famous eateries in the United States.
