The Vietage by Anantara: A journey of culinary and relaxation on the train

28/11/2024

Inspired by Indochina architecture, The Vietage by Anantara offers a luxurious and sophisticated train journey experience with only 12 seats. The double-cabin design and large windows are ideal for admiring the Vietnamese landscape, combined with special services, making every trip an unforgettable memory.

The highlight of the trip is the unique three-course menu, combining contemporary Vietnamese cuisine with refined French style, prepared with fresh local ingredients. Each meal begins with exquisite appetizers such as Dalat strawberry duck terrine, Quy Nhon seafood salad or Hoi An spicy chilli quinoa salad. Diners will then enjoy attractive main courses such as green tea braised wagyu beef, pan-fried salmon with traditional French chilli butter sauce or mushroom and asparagus risotto.
