The Food Week officially opened with a lunch buffet on September 12th, attended by the Malaysian Ambassador to Vietnam, Dato' Tan Yang. In addition, diners were able to explore the cultural beauty of this Southeast Asian nation through traditional and contemporary dance performances by Malaysian artists, along with various engaging activities and exhibitions.

Throughout the week celebrating Malaysian cuisine, Café Promenade restaurant will serve lunch and dinner buffets with an exquisite menu created by Chef Azlan and the talented culinary team of Hanoi Daewoo Hotel. The menu features dishes considered "national treasures" of Malaysian cuisine, such as Nasi Lemak rice with savory dried fish, roasted peanuts, and coconut milk, offering a spicy and creamy flavor; spicy and hot Laksa Nyonya curry; Roti Canai - a favorite Malaysian street food; Daging Rendang Tok beef; and Mamak Rojak mixed salad.
In particular, the evening parties will be made even more impressive with traditional dance performances from Malaysian artists, creating a complete and colorful culinary and cultural experience.
