North Yorkshire Police confirmed that Linh Le was found safe and well on the evening of August 12. However, the investigation into the incident is still ongoing, and of the 10 people arrested in connection with her disappearance, two are still in police custody for questioning and one has been charged and is due to appear in court.
Linh Le, 15 years old, went missing while shopping with a tour group in York city.
Police also said that because the investigation is ongoing, they cannot reveal the location where the girl was found.
