To visit Hitchin Lavender Farm, visitors will have to buy an entrance ticket. This entrance fee will allow visitors to cut a large bouquet to take home as a gift to relatives and friends.
The best time to visit here and see lavender is in August every year because of the cool weather, fresh climate and brilliant flowers.
3. Pop Up Farm, HERTFORDSHIRE
The farm is just over an hour's drive from central London, making it a convenient place for tourists to visit. However, the Pop Up Farm is only open to tourists a few times a year. Visitors can come to watch the pumpkin harvest in the fall or join the sunflower festival in the summer.
Starting mid-August 2019, visitors can stroll along the sunflower path or head up to the farm's third floor to take panoramic photos of this vibrant spot.
4. STANHILL Farm, KENT
This 150-acre fruit farm attracts a lot of tourists to visit. Interestingly, the farm is open all year round, visitors can enjoy fresh fruits here and when the fruit harvest season is over, the sunflowers at this farm begin to bloom.
On a hot day, stopping for an ice cream in the farmhouse tent and taking in the stunning views will add to the enjoyment of your picnic.
5. VINE HOUSE FARM, LINCOLNSHIRE
There are more than 100 types of sunflowers grown at Vine House Farm. Visitors can learn about this unique flower farm and see the wildlife living here. The most special thing at Vine House Farm is that visitors will have unique photos as souvenirs, thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of local guides.
