With a grassy runway and a few ponds of yellow and orange carp swimming around and chairs interspersed under the shade of trees, the “Tinh Tang” catwalk looked like a gentle countryside painting with a familiar dike and had many similarities with a Dong Ho painting. The brainchild of designer Thuy Nguyen gathered hundreds of models walking on handmade wooden clogs. That simple but sophisticated performance combined with the background music of the quan ho song “Muoi Nho” performed by the smooth voice of Ngo Hong Quang brought unforgettable emotions to the audience and guests.

The special point of the show and the collection "Tinh tang" is the fabric treatment and pattern creation techniques. Through the designs, viewers can see Thuy Nguyen's personality with cheerful, carefree features, although in a lonely world but still not lonely, expressed through the bright, original colors originating from Dong Ho paintings and used throughout the designs of "Tinh tang". Viewers can also easily recognize familiar patterns from famous Dong Ho paintings appearing on the background of short trapeze skirts, typical of Thuy's very own style. With rich embroidery techniques, the fashion house has created many unique visual effects, helping the patterns stand out on the fabric. This is also an affirmation that the values belonging to folk culture have never been lost, but on the contrary, can always find a place for themselves in the contemporary cultural flow of the country.

In addition to the elaborate and time-consuming details, the audience also encountered pleated fabric surfaces throughout many designs. Designer Thuy Nguyen said that the pleating methods on organza fabric were inspired by the embossed lines of papyrus paper. Machine and manual pleating techniques help ensure accuracy when transforming ideas from sketches to real designs. Along with organza, materials such as brocade, raw chiffon, brocade or taffeta all help create volume and support for the designs. Designs with a focus on embellishment are interwoven with light, flowing designs to help balance the performance and viewers do not feel too visually heavy.

Among the accessories that go with the outfit, the most "memorable" are sneakers and bucket hats. In "Tinh Tang", sneakers are thoroughly mixed and matched to express the liveliness, dynamism and modernity of the outfit. To emphasize the mischievousness and youthfulness, Thuy's bucket hat is introduced in a new way, both familiar and close but also creative with the technique of fabric patchwork and embossed embroidery. With the music tailored by Ngo Hong Quang, an artist known for his musical experiments with traditional instruments and helping bring Vietnamese sounds to the world, the show further proves its value and class beyond the usual creative path.

With the appearance of director Pham Hoang Nam, model Xuan Lan, and "muse" Linh Nga, "Tinh Tang" has left many unforgettable impressions in the hearts of audiences and connoisseurs.
