Finally, the store opened its doors to customers at 10:30 AM with dance and music, offering many surprise opening deals, bringing fashion and quality at the best prices in line with sustainable trends to everyone in Vietnam's capital.
Some fashion enthusiasts started lining up as early as 10:00 PM the night before to be among the first to own the most fashionable outfits. Before the official opening, guests enjoyed a countdown party with a lively live DJ performance and signature dance moves by H&M staff. Besides giving away limited-edition H&M tote bags and gifts to the first 1,000 people in line, H&M also surprised and delighted the queuers with three amazing gift cards worth VND 6 million, VND 4 million, and VND 2 million respectively for three lucky customers.
The store management team cut the ribbon to officially open the store, and the first customers were welcomed by Mr. Fredrik Famm – CEO of H&M Southeast Asia, and Ms. Anne Soderberg – Business Director for Vietnam. “Hanoi is very special, distinguished by its unique culture and lifestyle, and we are very proud that H&M has become a part of this culture and lifestyle. Located in the Vincom Mega Mall Royal City shopping center in Hanoi, the store will showcase its Holiday Collection on opening day – one of the brand's globally acclaimed annual collections. Customers can also find the latest designs at affordable prices alongside H&M's ever-popular basic product lines, including women's, men's, and children's clothing, shoes, and accessories.
On opening day, November 11th, 2017, the store will be open from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM. After this date, customers can enjoy shopping at the store from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
