Seminar on traditional culture and arts of the Mekong Delta

Attendees of the seminar will experience the rustic atmosphere of the Mekong Delta right in the heart of bustling Saigon, with charming scenes recreated like those in the countryside and the opportunity to watch traditional plays right at the book street.

At the seminar, cultural speaker Ho Nhut Quang and Meritorious Artist of Traditional Opera Ngoc Khanh will share insights into the culture of the Mekong Delta and the traditional art of Cai Luong (Vietnamese classical opera). In addition, the Southern Culture Research and Recognition Club will also reenact excerpts from classic operas and Cai Luong plays.
