1. Tegallalang Rice Terraces
Rice terraces are a typical form of agricultural cultivation in many areas of Bali, and have become a symbolic image of this place. Tegallalang rice terraces with the idyllic beauty of the endless green of young rice, combined with the faint scent of cloves and cinnamon, have attracted a huge number of tourists every year. Visitors can enjoy the fresh natural scenery and freely pose with all kinds of magical angles.

For Vinh, having beautiful photos is important, but the scenery here urges Vinh to wander around and explore more. Vinh let his soul wander in the seemingly endless space, walking and listening to the chirping of birds, feeling his heart strangely peaceful and simple.
Note:
- Bali Swing is located near the rice terraces so you can schedule it on the same day.
- To get from the center, you can experience a super cool Volkswagen convertible classic car tour.
- Remember to prepare an umbrella, hat or accessory that matches your outfit to both protect you from the sun and look good in photos.
2. Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Luhur Temple
Ubud is home to some of the most unique and impressive temples in Bali, such as Pura Tirta Empul, Pura Lempuyang, and Lempuyang Luhur. In particular, the gate to heaven at Lempuyang Luhur Temple is one of the hottest check-in spots. About 2 hours drive (nearly 90 km) east of Ubud center, the sacred temple of Mount Lempuyang is located about 1,170 m above sea level. Standing here, you can admire the majestic mountain scenery of the sea east of Bali.

The temple gate is affectionately called the gate of heaven or the gate of paradise by tourists, because it opens up a fairyland right before your eyes with towering mountain peaks and magical white clouds. To get here, you have to climb over a thousand steps, taking nearly two hours. And rest assured, all your hard work will be rewarded with a picturesque scene where heaven and earth meet.
3. Monkey Forest
Ubud Monkey Forest is a nature reserve located near the southern end of Jalan Monkey Forest and is considered by locals as a sanctuary for monkeys. The monkey herd consists of more than 600 individuals, divided into four groups living wild here. According to Hinduism in Bali, monkeys are considered very sacred animals. The monkeys in Ubud are small in stature, have gentle, friendly faces and affectionate eyes. Just seeing tourists raising their cameras, both baby and mother monkeys will stand still and "pose". Visitors to the monkey forest not only bring back interesting souvenir photos but also have the opportunity to play and interact with these cute little friends. This creates a strong and close bond between people and nature.

Note:
- Before visiting, please read the instructions carefully to avoid annoying your monkey friends, especially avoid eye contact.
- You should only bring a few belongings or else the mischievous monkeys will cling to and snatch them away.
- Going deep into the forest, you will admire the beautiful waterfall. You can also freely pose on the bridge and collect a sparkling photo collection.
4. Ubud Traditional Art Market
Although it is just a local market, this is one of the most worth-visiting places in Bali. The goods here are commented by tourists to be of good quality, with many designs and much cheaper prices than other places on the island. True to its name, in this art market, you will find many souvenirs, traditional sarong costumes, wood carvings or meticulously and delicately hand-made dream catchers. All are valuable "works of art".

Note:
- Don’t forget to bargain when shopping here. If you are skillful, you can buy your favorite item for only about 1/3 of the original price. Balinese people are quite friendly, so don’t worry if you accidentally look at the goods but don’t choose to buy, they will not show any displeasure.
- In addition, Vinh highly appreciates the items sold here, because they are all meticulously handmade, so they are guaranteed to be one of a kind.
5. Campuhan Ridge Walk
Known as the most beautiful road on Bali Island, Campuhan Ridge Walk is the place where countless amazing photos of travel bloggers around the world were born. The highlight of this poetic road is the green grass on both sides of the road and the fresh, cool air. Walking here, you will feel your soul relaxed and unexpectedly comfortable. In particular, everything will be more perfect and romantic if you can hold hands with your lover and watch the sun gradually set right before your eyes.

6. Waterfall in Tukad Cepung Cave
Known as the most mysterious waterfall in Bali, Tukad Cepung waterfall is located deep inside a cave in the middle of a dense forest. To get there and fully admire its beauty, you have to walk along the forest path, cross temporary wooden bridges, then walk along the deep river to see the stunning Tukad Cepung waterfall at the end of the road. With the surrounding wild natural scenery, your journey to find the waterfall will be extremely interesting and attractive, just like a treasure hunt in the deep jungle full of adventure. When arriving at the waterfall, Vinh guarantees that you will continuously admire the brilliant beauty of the surrounding scenery. The sunlight shining on the top of the waterfall, filtering through the gaps in the rocks will create a "masterpiece" of art delicately crafted by the hands of Mother Nature.

Note:
- The best time to explore the waterfall is in the late afternoon (before 4pm), when the sun is highest and shines best into the cave.
- You can wear flip flops or comfortable sneakers to avoid stepping on rocks along the way.
