According to the promotional program, depending on the number of people in the group, guests will receive different benefits on issues such as: reception support, PR & marketing, souvenir gifts, entrance tickets, transportation, etc.
Specifically, groups of 300, 500, and 1,000 people or more will be welcomed by leaders of the Tourism Promotion Center, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, and will be provided with escort vehicles. Groups of 1,000 or more will receive souvenirs, while groups of 500 or more will receive local specialties. Groups of 500 or more will receive free or discounted tickets at tourist destinations, and will also benefit from flexible refund and cancellation policies according to airline regulations.

The city's tourism sector will also reduce prices for facilities and equipment such as meeting rooms, conference halls, accommodation, and sound and lighting systems at 4-5 star hotels, exhibition centers, or MICE venues in the city. In addition, Ho Chi Minh City will provide advice and support in obtaining permits for outdoor group activities, artistic performances, and international conferences and seminars.
During this time, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism is actively cooperating with companies and businesses to organize activities and events to promote the city's tourism to European companies and citizens in Vietnam and abroad. Recently, this has been done with Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS) and...European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham).
