As the first event in a series of events taking place in Hanoi, the program "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2022" with the theme "Get on Hanoi 2022" takes place for 3 days from March 25, 2022 to March 27, 2022. Here, many art and music discovery activities are organized for tourists, to continue to introduce and promote the image of tourism in the capital Hanoi as a "safe - friendly - quality - attractive" destination.
Specifically, on Friday, March 25, 2022, the program will organize events combining music, light and visual images of Hanoi's destinations such as: short film premiere "Colorful Hanoi"; music and visual arts "Passionate Hanoi, Charming Hanoi"; visual arts Love Hanoi; musical performances and art performances with the theme Get on Hanoi 2022.
In particular, on this day, visitors were introduced to a new tourism product: hot air ballooning, with a performance of 10 level 1 hot air balloons (10 m high) and 1 level 7 hot air balloon (22 m high) hanging low on Dinh Tien Hoang street.

Also within the framework of the program, to welcome visitors from all over, Hanoi also organizes the "Colorful Hanoi" hot air balloon festival on March 25, 26, and 27, 2022. During this event, visitors will experience flying up with hot air balloons to see Hanoi from above, with 22 colorful hot air balloons symbolizing the year 2022 (including 4 level 7 hot air balloons 22 m high and 18 level 1 hot air balloons 10 m high).
The 22 hot air balloons will also be suspended in the sky, reflecting on the Red River during the flower lantern night "Get on Hanoi - Night of Dreams".

This is the event that kicks off a completely new tourist season in the capital, followed by a series of events in 2022 such as: Hanoi Tourism Gift Festival, Selection of Hanoi Tourism Ambassador and Songs about Hanoi Tourism, Hanoi Tourism Festival, Food and Craft Village Tourism Festival, Hanoi Ao Dai Festival 2022... organized by the Department of Tourism, the Center for Investment - Trade and Tourism Promotion and the Departments of Hanoi City.
