For the central beach area, Hoan Kiem district plans to organize a functional area of agricultural landscape tourism, which can still allow households to grow short-term crops but plan to convert them to suitable short-term crops. Tourists can visit, take photos, and enjoy the unique agricultural values in the direction of modern agriculture.
This area will organize creative space functional areas, playgrounds, lawns interspersed with existing perennial trees, functional areas for entertainment and sports according to natural terrain, functional areas for fishing, swimming, diving, sightseeing on the Red River surface...

The alluvial area along the river includes: functional areas of green park space, functional areas for planting short-term trees, ornamental plants, seasonal flowers, combined with services for tourists. In addition to the project to develop the mid-bank and alluvial areas along the Red River, Hanoi is also speeding up the implementation of a new pedestrian street in Hoang Mai district. The street has an area of over 13,600 m2, part of the New Urban Area project south of Ring Road 3(in Dai Kim ward, Hoang Mai district and Thanh Liet commune, Thanh Tri district),It is expected to operate on a pilot basis in 2022-2023, and then officially operate from January 1, 2024.
